We are asked on many occasions to have faith. But there is just something that makes us go hmmm!!
We feel the warm, brilliant sunshine on our skin and the balmy breezes in the evenings. We see the beautiful blue sky of the mornings and the stormy dark clouds in the afternoons. Creation moves in perfect order. We see the wonders, signs and miracles of His works.
This tells me, God is at work. Then we ought to have the faith that all will be well. However for all to be well, we must be willing to walk through the valleys to get to the mountain tops.
And this is where our faith comes in. We believe with God all things are possible. We believe Him to be all knowing and all seeing.
1 Corinthians 16:13 tells us "Stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. 14 Do everything in love.
Apostle Paul ends the verse by telling us to do everything in love. It is as if love helps with faith matters.
Proverbs 3:3 combines the two elements; “Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart.”
My friends, our world needs faith and love today. We need faith and love in whatever we are dealing with today. Let this combination work for you; knowing that God is the author and protector of our lives.
